I haven't been blogging as much because I thought it might not interest people as much anymore, but I've been getting a lot of messages through my website and on youtube wondering when I'm going to start it up again. I love doing this, so now that I know people'll take a peek I'll be back on the game.
So.. what's new?
Tons. I think the most obvious thing I should start with is my addition to my channel of frequent smoking videos. The feedback has been on both sides. Some people are stoked but, understandably, there are people who are missing some of the foot classics. I just wanna clear some of it up. The reason for the sudden boom in reoccurring smoking videos is the overwhelming response to them. Now I have more people on my channel with that interest so I'm just leveling the field a little so there's a good number for people on both sides. I really do adore smoking so I'm glad to have it on my channel but don't think the crushing, stomping or sharing is going anywhere.
More new stuff, I've been much busier with my skype sessions. I do these for both my features on my channel and a few others actually. I've found this very rewarding and my favorite part has been getting to really know people one on one. I have been so lucky in that I've only encountered one jerk head with skyping. Everyone else has been such a gem! A few I genuinely feel are becoming friends. There are going to be even more changes coming up soon. I will never charge for the full length content I make out of my own creativity for my channel. I love it, I'm happy to do it and I'll continue to do it. However, that being said, I've had a large number of requests that are very similar in nature and it's become something I'd like to do to create another section on my website where longer, more detailed videos. Just a heads up, though I don't think anyone would go and be a jerk about it I will reserve all rights to those videos so don't be a bummer Billy and turn around and put it up somewhere or I'll just not be able to keep doin it and that's no fun for anyone!
Lastly.. I think, I'll finally be starting up another channel. This is just going to be if you feel like talking. I get tons of remarks about the books people see or the movies or songs I mention, so I'm going to have a place that's just me suggesting some damn fine movies, literature and music. Not everyone's cup of tea but I really enjoy creative outlets. Also, being that I live and work at home I don't have many outside connection or conversation so it'll be nice to have open discussion about other aspects of my life I'm passionate about. These works of art are friends of mine and I'd just love to be able to share and maybe even introduce you for the first time for a few!
I am so genuinely thankful for everyone of you. I have had the most wonderful ride and there's so much more to do. I've made some wonderful and lasting friends. I've grown in my self confidence and best of all I've had a chance not many people do. I've shared a little bit of my passion with people who understand it, feel it and appreciate it. That's worth more than I could ever convey with words alone. My heart is very full.
